Not by learning more —
but by placing one thought somewhere it doesn’t have to be carried.
Write down the thing that has been taking up the most mental space lately.
Not the most important — the heaviest.
Don’t solve it.
Don’t optimize it.
Just notice that it’s no longer only in your head.
Good. You’re moving.
Nothing else is required.
If you want to continue.
You’ve already moved once by placing something outside your head.
You’ve moved again by staying with it long enough to arrive here.
Momentum doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from continuing while the pressure stays low.
If it feels right, the next step should feel natural.
Look at what you placed above and write one sentence:
“What would make this feel slightly lighter tomorrow?”
You can stop here.
You can come back later.
Nothing needs to be finished today.
